About TRACON Pharmaceuticals, Inc.

TRACON Pharmaceuticals, Inc. functions as a biopharmaceutical enterprise, primarily dedicated to the discovery, development, and eventual market launch of cancer treatments within the United States. Its current product pipeline features several assets in various stages of clinical trials. These include envafolimab (KN035), a PD-L1 single-domain antibody being investigated for the treatment of soft tissue sarcoma, and YH001, an experimental humanized CTLA-4 IgG1 monoclonal antibody targeting a range of cancer indications. Further clinical-stage compounds are TRC102, a small molecule undergoing Phase II evaluation for mesothelioma, and Phase I studies for solid tumors, lymphomas, lung cancer, and glioblastoma. Additionally, TJ004309, a CD73 antibody, is in Phase I clinical development for solid tumors. To bolster its development efforts, TRACON has forged a series of collaboration and licensing agreements. These encompass partnerships with 3D Medicines Co., Ltd. and Jiangsu Alphamab Biopharmaceuticals Co., Ltd. for envafolimab; I-Mab Biopharma for the CD73 antibody TJ004309; and Case Western Reserve University for TRC102. The company also maintains a cooperative research and development agreement with the National Cancer Institute. Established in 2004, the firm was initially known as Lexington Pharmaceuticals, Inc. before officially changing its name to TRACON Pharmaceuticals, Inc. in March 2005. Its corporate headquarters are located in San Diego, California.
